Milestones of more than seventy-year history:

1949 – Foundation of the national enterprise ČSAD performing passenger and cargo transportation.
1964 -Transformation into regional company ČSAD Ostrava, national enterprise.
1992 – Privatisation of the company and foundation of the joint-stock company ČSAD Ostrava.
1997 – Creation of corporation from the transport companies ČSAD České Budějovice, Chrudim, Kutná Hora, Prachatice, and the subsidiary of ČSAD, i.e. Lvivavtotrans in Ukraine
1999 – Transformation of the company into a holding structure and the foundation of ČSAD LOGISTIK Ostrava a.s.
2000 – Including freight transport from ČSAD Kutná Hora and Chrudim in ČSAD LOGISTIK Ostrava
2001 – Restructuring of the company with complete replacement of vehicle fleet, certification of the company with ISO 9002.
2002 – Implementation of the information system in relation to monitoring vehicles and consignments.
2003 – Certification of the company with EN ISO 9001:2000 and 14001.
2004 – Foundation of a subsidiary in Ukraine.
2005 – Implementation of GPS technology for the whole vehicle fleet.
2006 – Implementation of EchoTrack technology for effective journey management.
2007 – Centralization of dispatching into new premises of ČSAD LOGISTIK in Olomouc. Renewal of vehicle fleet numbering 60 of EURO 3 emission standard.
2008 – Renewal of vehicle fleet numbering 80 of EURO 3 emission standard.
2010 – Involvement in the project „Social responsibility“.
2011 – Renewal of vehicle fleet numbering 60 of EURO 5 emission standard.
1st place in a poll of corporate social responsibility in the category up to 250 employees.

2014 – March – expansion of the fleet of 10 units of vehicles emission class EURO 5 (for multimodal transport).
